18th - 20th October
Solar and Storage Live 2022
Managing Director Laura is excited to participate in this year’s Solar and Storage Live event at the NEC in Birmingham.
The UK’s largest renewable energy exhibition, the event from the 18th to 20th of October celebrates technologies at the forefront of the transition to a greener, smarter, more centralised energy system.
One of the biggest events yet with over 10,000 attendees, the free exhibition and conference brings together industry leaders to share their views on key topics such as responsive power, infrastructure, future power networks and solar PV technology.
On Wednesday 19th Laura will be part of a panel of experts addressing the issue of how networked heat pumps can integrate solar and storage as part of a smart system.
According to recent studies, around 30% of UK energy is derived from renewable resources, an increase from 12% just five years ago. If this is to continue, solar storage and batteries will be crucial.
Laura will join experts that are looking at the use of batteries and storage in integrating heat pump networks with solar energy to increase the capacity for renewable energy.
Laura will also be available to answer any questions and provide further information during the exhibition as she is one of the team of experts manning the Ground Source Heat Pump Association stand (stand J62) from the 18th to 19th of October.
One of 200 industry stands at the exhibition, it will give attendees the chance to find out more about heat pumps and their uses as well as ask questions and secure further advice.
