Detailed design with full schematics and specifications
During the detailed design, we build upon the concept design to ensure you have the most technical and cost-effective heat pump solution for your needs. Throughout the process, our engineers work with you to develop a detailed design that contains all mechanical calculations and principles required for a fully working scheme of work, including:
- Pipe and pump sizing
- Valve selection
- Hydraulic safety features
- Thermal stores
- Control strategy
We use AutoCAD and Hysopt for 2D and 3D modelling during the design stages of the project. As a part of the heat network design, we also use Leanheat® Network software to plan and visualise district heating and cooling network models.
The final detailed design includes complete schematics, specifications and control points so other experts can create the control strategy. To move your project another step forward, you can pass the detailed design on to your installer and equipment supplier so that they can quote, supply, and install your heating and cooling solution.
