Our aim is always to make heat pumps accessible to everyone, and by helping people to understand the technology, they can then make an informed decision about their heating and cooling needs when the time comes. 

In our heat pump Myth Buster video series, we covered common myths that are circulating in the industry and through straight-talking, no-nonsense language, we busted them. The series looked at Decarbonisation, Cost, Reliability, Hydrogen and Gas across 15 short videos. 

The series gained far more exposure than we ever anticipated, and due to this, we managed to reach and (hopefully) educate a larger audience. The series was picked up and promoted by the Institute of Refrigeration, and at a recent event, an installer approached me and told me how much the series had helped him to educate staff and customers. 

I’d like to say thank you to everyone that has been involved, commented, liked and shared the series. You have helped to spread the word about heat pumps and how they can support our drive to move away from fossil fuels.
