A few months back, Jacinta Caden and I were invited by the Institute of Refrigeration to be interviewed by the inspiring Karen Perry and Lisa Waters for the States of Matter Podcast.

The podcast ‘Plant a Little Seed’ gives you an insight into our very different paths taken into the RACHP industry. It delves into our experience of career development, with a few interesting and funny stories along the way. We touch on associations, inspiring the next generation of engineers by making it relatable, mentoring and changing company policy. 

I’ll save all the juicy details for the podcast, but to give you a teaser, be prepared for topless calendars, half-naked engineers and flooded toilets. 

I’ve been on a few podcasts over the years; this was by far one of the most entertaining, enjoyable, and relatable to my own experiences within the industry.
